Perfect Margarita

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Wild Common Tequila Blanco
  • 0.75 oz organic lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 0.75 oz agave syrup
  • (optional) sea salt or salt / Tajín blend rim

Preparation

  1. Rim a rocks glass with coarse sea salt or salt / Tajin (optional)
  2. Add Tequila, lime juice and agave nectar to a shaker with ice
  3. Shake firmly until chilled
    Strain into prepped glass over fresh ice
  4. Garnish as desired. Lime wheel, dehydrated lime wheel, or naked!


Puma

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Wild Common Tequila Blanco
  • 1.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup (can make spicy)
  • 0.25 oz Aperol
  • Grapefruit peel garnish

Preparation

  • Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Shake and strain into a glass
  • Garnish with grapefruit peel

Piña Highball

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Wild Common Tequila Blanco
  • 1.5 oz pineapple juice (Dole canned works best)
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 0.5 oz agave sweetener
  • 2 oz dashes orange bitters
  • Soda water

Preparation

  1. Fill highball glass with ice
  2. Combine Tequila, pineapple juice and lime juice stir
  3. Top with soda water

Blanco Martinez

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Wild Common Tequila Blanco
  • 0.5 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
  • 0.25 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
  • 2 dashes Regan No.6 Orange Bitters
  • Garnish: orange twist

Preparation

  1. Add Tequila Blanco, sweet vermouth, maraschino cherry liqueur, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice
  2. Stir until chilled
  3. Strain into a Coupe glass

Paloma

Ingredients

  1. Build in a Collins glass - ice, Tequila, grapefruit juice, agave nectar,
  2. Stir to combine
  3. Top with soda water and grapefruit garnish

Repo Old Fashioned

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in a rocks glass, add ice and stir until well chilled
  2. Strain into rocks glass, ideally over a big cube
  3. Garnish with a fresh orange peel

Mezcal Negroni

Ingredients

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice
  2. Add Mezcal Ensamble, sweet vermouth, and Campari
  3. Stir until well-chilled
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice
  5. Garnish with orange twist



Conejo Sour

Ingredients

  1. Add Mezcal, lemon juice, Mate concentrate syrup, Cynar, and egg white to cocktail shaker (if adding egg white, dry shake)
  2. Shake for 15 seconds
  3. Strain into a Coupe glass


Naked and Famous

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients into shaker
  2. Shake well for 8 Seconds
  3. Strain into Coup Glass or Old Fashioned with a big cube
  4. No Garnish

Garden Party

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Wild Common Mezcal Cuishe
  • 1 oz *Laurel Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 2 dash Regan’s orange bitters
  • 2 bar spoons Alma Tepec Chile Pasilla Mixe Liqueur
  • Orange coin garnish

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
  2. Stir until chilled and diluted
  3. Strain over a big cube in a chilled bucket glass.
  4. Garnish with orange coin

    *Laurel Sweet Vermouth
    1 gram of bay leaves
    8 oz of Dolin Sweet Vermouth
    Add bay leaves to Sweet Vermouth, let infuse, and strain after 72 hours. Store in the refrigerator.
