.5 Oz Lime Juice

.25 OZ yuzu juice (Japanese citrus)

.5 Honey Syrup (2:1, Honey:Water)
Togarashi Rim
PREPARATION

Add all ingredients to a shaker

Shake vigorously for 8 seconds

Strain into a prepped rocks glass with Togarashi on the rim

Garnish with a dehydrated lime
