Distilled by Salvador "Chava" Rosales, this small-batch stunner spends a full year resting in ex-bourbon barrels. The result? A rich, 94-proof (47% ABV) expression that's as bold as it is balanced, maintaining its cask strength with zero dilution.

What makes this launch particularly special is our commitment to letting the agave shine. We've created an Añejo that honors the tradition of barrel aging while ensuring the wood never overpowers the spirit's natural character. We're talking about a tequila crafted using traditional brick ovens, tahona and roller mill extraction, natural fermentation (with agave fibers, no less), and small copper stills. Because the old ways still make the best tequila—and we wouldn't have it any other way.
