Our Craft Process

• Each bottle of Wild Common Still Strength begins with carefully selected agave, processed using both traditional tahona and roller mill methods. This dual-processing approach allows us to extract the perfect balance of agave flavors. We then employ a unique fermentation process that incorporates both fiber-in and fiber-free methods, adding complexity to our final spirit.

• The heart of our operation is our small copper-pot still, where we distill our tequila to a precise 50% ABV (100 proof). Unlike many modern tequilas, we choose not to add water after distillation, preserving the pure expression of our craft.
